What is Performing Arts Patrons?

Grandview Performing Arts is a valuable asset to not only Grandview High School, but also to the community. Performing Arts includes Orchestra, Band, Choir, Theater, and Dance.

Performing Arts Patrons is a group of parents, family members, community members, and teachers working together to raise funding for the Performing Arts Department at Grandview. The success of the Performing Arts Department is only possible because of financial and volunteer support from people like you! We meet monthly so please join us for our meetings!  You can reach us anytime at the email addresses to the left, or to our general mailbox, GHSPerformingArtsPatrons@gmail.com.

How do I Join Patrons?

If you have a son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter, or friend in vocal music, instrumental music, theatre or social dance, or if you are passionate about the arts, we want you to join our team and become a Performing Arts Patron.  More information, including the sponsorship levels, can be found by clicking the link below.

When does Patrons Meet?

Patrons meetings are typically on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the band room.

What is A Grand Evening?

A Grand Evening is our biggest fundraiser of the school year. Now in its 20th year, the event brings together hundreds of families, students and faculty for an evening of entertainment by all students in our department and includes a silent auction to benefit Grandview High School’s Performing Arts Department.

Over the last 19 years, the event has raised over $220,000! Proceeds from the event are used to purchase much needed supplies, equipment and other items deemed necessary for the department to continue the highest standard of excellence that we have established for our programs.

This year’s event will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at 6:00 pm.
